The stuff people actually want to know before they subscribe. How the content gets made, what happens if you don't like something, whether it'll really sound like you, and everything in between.

The Big Questions

Will The Content Actually Sound Like Me?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
When you subscribe, you fill out a single onboarding form. It takes about 15 minutes. But it's not a typical intake. It asks you to describe your business the way you'd explain it at a dinner party, not a conference. It asks what tone makes you cringe. It asks you to paste something you've actually written, even an email to a client or a LinkedIn comment, so we can see how you naturally communicate.

That form feeds everything we write for six months. Your words, your perspective, your way of talking about your business. We're not guessing at your voice. We're building from it.

If something feels off in your first kit, that's exactly what revisions are for. Most clients tell us the voice is dialed in by month two. Some don't change a word from day one.
How Do You Write For My Business Without Ever Talking To Me?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
The onboarding form is built to replace the discovery call. It captures your audience, your differentiators, the objections your buyers have, how you sell, what you want to avoid, and how you want to sound. It's the same information an agency would pull from a 90-minute kickoff meeting, but structured so nothing gets lost in conversation.

We also review your website, any content samples you share, and any reference material you point us to. By the time we start writing, we have a complete picture of who you are, who you're talking to, and what you're trying to accomplish.
What if i don't like what you deliver?

Every kit includes built-in revision rounds.
Spark gets 1 round. Authority gets 2. Lead Engine gets 3.

Revisions cover tone adjustments, CTA changes, clarity edits, restructuring, and anything that doesn't feel right. You submit through your dashboard, reference the specific piece, and tell us what you want changed. We return edits within 5 business days.

That said, most clients don't use all their revision rounds. The onboarding form does the heavy lifting. When we know how you talk and what you want to avoid, the first draft is usually close.

If you're worried about being stuck with content you can't use: you're not. The revision process is structured so we can adjust until it fits. And if your business changes direction entirely, the $49 strategy refresh lets you re-do the intake and recalibrate everything.
I've been burned by content services before. How is this different?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
Most content services fail in one of three ways: inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, or generic output that could belong to anyone. Brooks Kits is built to eliminate all three.

Quality is consistent because every kit is produced from the same client profile, the same content plan framework, and the same QA process. There's no rotating pool of freelancers. Your voice profile doesn't change hands.

Deadlines don't slip because delivery is systemized. Your kit arrives on the 1st. Not "around the 1st." Not "when the writer gets to it." The 1st. Your first kit is delivered within 7 days of completing your onboarding form. After that, it's the same date every month.

Content isn't generic because the onboarding form captures specifics that most services never ask for: your buyers' objections, what they tried before finding you, how your sales process works, what makes customers choose you over the alternative. That level of input produces content that sounds like it was written by someone who understands your business, because it was built from someone who does: you.
Is this worth $399 a month?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
Here's one way to think about it.

The Authority Kit delivers 4 marketing emails, 12 LinkedIn posts, 1 SEO blog post, and a monthly content plan. That's 18 pieces of content, each month, with strategy built in.

Hiring a freelance writer for equivalent output costs $1,500-$3,000/month, plus your time managing them. An agency would charge $3,000-$7,000/month and require meetings. Writing it yourself takes 15-25 hours a month if you're being honest about the time.

Brooks Kits costs less than a single freelance blog post at most agencies. And the content shows up without you lifting a finger.

The other way to think about it: what does it cost to not show up? A quiet LinkedIn profile, an email list that hasn't heard from you in weeks, and prospects who forgot you exist because someone else stayed visible. That's the real cost, and it's almost always more than $399.
What happens in month 4 when you run out of things to say?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
We don't. Here's why.

Your onboarding form captures your buyers' objections, the problems you solve, how you're different from competitors, and the topics your audience cares about. Each of those is an angle, not a single post. One objection alone can fuel a month of content: an email addressing it head-on, LinkedIn posts reframing it, and a blog post going deep.

The monthly content plan rotates themes, formats, and angles so content stays fresh without repeating. Month one might lead with compliance risk. Month three might focus on onboarding and retention. Month five might reframe cost. Same business, different lens every month.

Content fatigue happens when a service runs out of ideas because they never understood the business deeply enough. The onboarding form prevents that.

How It Works

What's included in each kit?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
Spark — $179/month
1 Monthly Content Plan (direction and messaging for the month)
2 Marketing Emails (subject line, preview text, full copy)
8 LinkedIn Posts (2x/week posting cadence)
1 round of revisions

Authority — $399/month
(Most Popular)
1 Monthly Content Plan (themes and quarterly context)
4 Marketing Emails (weekly cadence)
12 LinkedIn Posts (3x/week posting cadence)
1 SEO Blog Post (600-800 words)
2 rounds of revisions

Lead Engine — $699/month

1 Monthly Content Plan (full campaign integration)

Every kit includes a monthly content plan that ties everything together. The Lead Engine isn't just more content. The lead magnet, landing page, and welcome sequence work as a system. You set it up once and it runs. All kits deliver copy only. Design, publishing, and analytics are not included.
What does the process look like from start to finish?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
1. You pick a kit and check out through Stripe. No calls, no proposals.
2. You're redirected to the onboarding form. Takes about 15 minutes.
3. We set up your private dashboard within 24 hours and send your login.
4. Your first kit is delivered within 7 days of completing onboarding.
5. After that, a fresh kit lands in your dashboard on the 1st of every month.

That's it. No monthly briefs. No check-in calls. No chasing anyone. If something changes with your business, you submit a strategy refresh. Otherwise it runs on autopilot.
How much work is this on my end?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
Fifteen minutes for the onboarding form. Then close to zero.

When your kit arrives, you open the PDF, copy the content into your email platform and LinkedIn, and schedule it. Most clients say the whole process takes 30-45 minutes per month. Some batch it all on the 1st. Some spread it across the week.

You don't write anything. You don't brief us monthly. You don't sit in meetings. You just publish.
Do I have to fill out a form every month?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
No. One onboarding form, good for six months.

If your business changes meaningfully (new service, new audience, different positioning), you purchase a $49 strategy refresh and submit updated answers. That gives us what we need to recalibrate. Most clients use it once or twice a year, if at all.
What if my offer or audience changes?
Faq V1 Corss Icon
Submit a refresh form before your next kit. Minor updates are included; major repositioning may require an adjustment.
